The event begins on Monday, October 5, with our Opening Reception at 6:00 p.m. Please book a flight arriving at Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL) no later than 4:00 p.m. to ensure you can participate in the evening’s activities.
The event concludes with a final dinner event on Wednesday, October 7. We recommend booking your departing flight out of Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL) anytime Thursday, October 8.
If you need to attend the Regional Planning Meeting, please book your flight to depart no earlier than 4:00 p.m.
The event dress code is casual. Closed-toed, hard-soled shoes (no flip flops, sandals, heels or wedges) are required for all driving activities. You will also need your driver’s license, and you’ll be required to sign a driving waiver.
Average temperatures in Dallas in early October range from the high-50s to the low-90s. We highly recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and preparing accordingly. It is always a good idea to bring a jacket in case of cold temperatures or rain.
For evening activities/dinners we recommend the following:
Monday, October 5 – Welcome Reception
Kick off the evening with a warm welcome, great food, and a games. This reception will take place at the hotel on the Terrace.
Wednesday, October 7 – Closing Reception
As our time together ends, we invite you to wind down and celebrate on the Pool deck of the hotel.

Transportation between Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL) and The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas is on your own. We recommend Uber or Lyft.
We will arrange a hotel room for you at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas, Las Colinas based on the dates you select during your registration process. When you arrive at the hotel, you will be required to provide a credit card for room, tax, and incidental charges.
Please note that no-shows or cancellations within 72 hours of the event will be charged a $400 fee due to hotel policies.
The Regional Planning Meeting will be on Thursday, October 8 at the hotel. Breakfast will be provided starting at 8:00 a.m. Transportation to Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) and Dallas Love Field (DAL) will be provided. Flights should be booked for departure after 4:00 p.m.
